Cozy, sun-drenched, and brimming with charm, this cabin retreat features a double bed and a twin bed, plus a mini-fridge.

  • 1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

    Payment in full is required to secure your spot.

    Cancellations made before September 1, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made on or after September 1, 2025 are non-refundable, but you may:

    • Transfer your spot to another person with prior approval, or

    • Request to apply your payment as credit toward a future Elemental Archetype retreat.

    If the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.

    2. Accommodation & Room Assignments

    All accommodations are shared, with group sleeping arrangements in yurts, tents, or rooms as outlined in the event details.

    Specific accommodation requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

    3. Code of Conduct

    This retreat is a safe and supportive space. Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior toward other participants, facilitators, or staff will not be tolerated.

    If a participant violates this agreement, they may be asked to leave without a refund.

    4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

    By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that embodiment practices, breathwork, movement, and other activities may carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

    You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by facilitators.

    The retreat organizers, facilitators, and venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property during the retreat.

    5. Health & Well-Being

    Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns, please disclose them upon registration.

    The Mushroom Ceremony is optional. By participating, you confirm that you are in a suitable mental and physical state for plant medicine and take full responsibility for your experience.

    6. Photography & Media Release

    Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.

    If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers in advance.

    7. Agreement

    By submitting payment and attending the Wings Unfolding Elemental Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
