  • Dragon Riding Retreat – Terms & Conditions

    1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

    • A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your spot. 

    • Cancellations before April 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    • Cancellations after April 15, 2025 are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.

    • If the retreat is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.

    2. Accommodation & Room Assignments

    • All accommodations are shared, with group sleeping arrangements in the yurts, tents, or rooms as outlined in the event details.

    • Specific accommodation requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

    3. Code of Conduct

    • This retreat is a safe and supportive space. Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior (toward other participants, facilitators, or staff) will not be tolerated.

    • If a participant violates this agreement, they may be asked to leave without a refund.

    4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

    • By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that fire dancing, embodiment practices, and other activities may carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

    • You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by facilitators, especially regarding fire-related activities.

    • The retreat organizers, facilitators, and venue are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage of property during the retreat.

    5. Health & Well-Being

    • Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns, please disclose them upon registration.

    • The Mushroom Ceremony is optional. By participating, you confirm that you are in a suitable mental and physical state for plant medicine and take full responsibility for your experience.

    6. Photography & Media Release

    • Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.

    • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers in advance.

    7. Agreement

    By submitting payment and attending the Dragon Riding Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
